He powers up an attack and fires it Recoome, considering the way he powered it up, we could infer a pretty big amplification, but for sake of argument, we'll just say it was only 1.2x. Vegeta: 30,000 Vegeta's Blast: 36,000 Recoome went up and clothing damage aside and a little wounds here and there, basically tanked the entire attack. Leading to around a 1.2x difference almost. Recoome: 43,000+ As you can see, even when regarding a relatively low amplification for Vegeta's blast, Recoome still ends up being debatably above Nail. With Burter being on the same level, if not debatably even stronger, you can understand how this will go. In the end, it will either be a relatively close fight, or it'll be an outright stomp in Burter's favor since Burter really only has to be lower than 60,000.

Google Chrome	Burter takes this, they are both at 42k, but Burter is faster, but Nail has some serious technique, it would be pretty even, but Burter takes this, I don't see him losing.

However if Nail would be able to hit Blue guy with a strong enough ki-blast in the face, then he would win.

Yiu can't really have Recoome so low my friend Vegeta was 30.000 against the Ginuy force,and Recoome was well capable of stomping him and we know that the Minumum gap of stomping range is at 1.2x times so he is at least 42.000

You see Vegeta was not completly stomped by Reccome. He had a few good shots, even when Ginyu force member started to be serious. Problem with Reccome is the same as with Nappa. He is a typical tank, who at his level of power is able to dwarf everyone with his durablity. It is like with Nappa, who while he was so much weaker than Goku, still was able to take a lot of hits from him. Vegeta was able to make a good combo on Reccme, then hit him with few ki blasts, and blast of his face. Yeah it didn't make a lot of harm on Reccome yet still he was able to fight back. For me Reccome is at the range from 37 000 to 40 000.
